The pottery painting cafe and visitor attraction offers adults and children alike the opportunity to make and take home their own ceramic masterpieces.

From “casting" a design from liquid clay, through to decorating a “pre-fired" children’s ornament like a butterfly or ferocious dinosaur!

No matter your skill level (old or very young), you can literally get some clay or paint under your finger nails and produce a masterpiece, which will become a lasting souvenir of your visit.

The Cardew Teapottery is proud to be the U.K’s largest ceramic playground attraction where almost anything “potty" is possible with a little expert tuition!

This experience is completed by a superb and crafty gift shop, “seconds" bargains and delicious home made Devon food served at the Madhatter’s licensed restaurant, and our 10 acre woodland playground.
